摘要
目的分析优质护理联合常规护理对胎盘早剥患者的护理效果。方法选择本院于2016年1月—2017年12月收治的52例胎盘早剥患者为研究主体。划分为A组和B组,均是26例。B组给予常规护理,A组基于B组,加用优质护理。对比护理效果。结果 A组的手术指标均优于B组(P <0.05)。护理后,两组的格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分均有所升高,但是A组优于B组(P <0.05)。A组的剖宫产率为15.38%,B组为46.15%,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组的并发症发生率为7.69%,B组为30.77%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为胎盘早剥患者行优质护理可改善其手术指标和昏迷程度,且能减少术后并发症情况。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of high quality nursing combined with routine nursing on patients with placental abruption. Methods 52 patients with placental abruption admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into group A and group B, with 26 cases in each group. Group B was given routine nursing, group A was given high quality nursing on the basis of the group B. The effect of nursing in the two groups was compared. Results The operative indexes in group A were better than those in group B（P 〈 0.05）. After nursing, the scores of GCS（Glasgow coma） in the two groups were increased, and the A group was higher than that of the B group（P 〈 0.05）. The rate of cesarean section in group A was 15.38%, and that in group B was 46.15%, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in group A was 7.69%, and that in group B was 30.77%, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with placental abruption can improve their operative indexes and coma degree, and reduce postoperative complications.
