摘要
中国志愿服务供需两侧体量庞大,需要一个健康、有序、可持续的生态系统作为支撑。而当下供给侧不足和供需对接不畅已经成为制约志愿服务发展的重要瓶颈。完善、充分、有序的供需系统能够使志愿服务各要素有效融入并充分互动,是推动志愿服务发展的核心动力。
The volume of both sides of the supply and demand of China’s voluntary service is huge.A healthy,orderly and sustainable ecosystem is needed as the support.The shortage of supply side and the poor docking of supply and demand have become an important bottleneck to restrict the development of voluntary service.A perfect,sufficient and orderly supply and demand system can effectively integrate all elements of volunteer service and fully interact with each other,and become the core power to promote the development of voluntary service.
