摘要
公安刑事科学技术人才培养应基于公安机关警务改革需要和人才需求,推进"实战化"教学改革,要达到这一目的,职业教育中行业深度融入人才培养的模式值得借鉴。四川警察学院在刑事科学技术专业人才培养中,以实战化为导向,行业深度参与的人才培养共同体建设为保障,在师资团队和教学资源建设过程中进行了探索和实践,努力提升专业人才培养质量。
The talent training of public security forensic science should be based on the police reform needs of the pub-lic security organs and the needs of talents, and promote the ＂real combat＂ teaching reform. To achieve this goal, the deep integration practice of industry into talent training in vocational education is worth learning. In the talent training of forensic science, Sichuan Police College is guided by actual combat, and guaranteed by talent cultivation community with the indus-try＇s deeply participation. Teaching staff and teaching resources have been explored in the construction to improve the quali-ty of talent training.
