摘要
目的研究维生素A在D-半乳糖(D-gal)致衰老小鼠模型中抗氧化、抗衰老的作用。方法选择60只小鼠适应性喂养一周后,随机分成对照组、干预组及模型组各20只,干预组及模型组皮下注射D-gal构建衰老小鼠模型,干预组同时灌胃维生素A连续30 d。以Morris水迷宫法测试三组小鼠学习记忆能力,并检测小鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性来反映小鼠体内抗氧化能力。结果与模型组相比,干预组小鼠的逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),血清中待测指标也有显著改变:MDA含量减少(P<0.05),SOD活性增高(P<0.05)。结论维生素A对D-gal致衰老小鼠有着一定的抗氧化、抗衰老作用。
Objective To study the effects of vitamin A on antioxidation and anti-aging in aging mice induced by D-galactose( D-gal).Methods After one week of adaptive feeding,60 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 in each group: control group,intervention group and model group.Aging mice models were established by subcutaneous injection of Dgal in the intervention group and the model group,and vitamin A was administered by means of intragastric administration for30 days in the intervention group at the same time.The learning and memory ability of three groups of mice was measured by Morris water maze,and the content of malondialdehyde( MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) in serum were measured to reflect the antioxidant ability of mice. Results Compared with the model group,the escape latency of the intervention group significantly shortened( P〈0. 05). There were also significant changes in serum indexes to be tested—the content of MDA in the serum decreased( P〈0.05),and the activity of SOD increased( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Vitamin A has anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects on aging mice induced by D-gal.
