摘要
MBD技术的广泛应用使BOM信息的非结构化特征越来越明显,随着时间推移及多型号产品的同时研制,BOM的信息量快速增长,而基于RDB的数据存储管理方式在当今大数据高并发读写、高存储与访问、高可用性等方面存在较为突出的问题。分析了利用企业私有云和NoSQL技术实施BOM管理的可行性与研究意义,提出了一种企业私有云环境下基于NoSQL的单一BOM数据源系统架构和技术体系,详细论述了实施单一BOM数据源系统的各项关键技术和系统实施的技术路线,以期对企业BOM的高效管理提供一条新的途径。
MBD technology has been widely applied. With the non-structural characteristics of BOMdata,the volume of BOMincreases rapidly when the various versions of applications are developed. In another hand,the RDB-based data storage management scheme has some vital problems under the highly parallel reading and writing,big storage size,high utility and so forth. By analyzing the feasibility of applying enterprise-level private cloud and NoSQL techniques,we propose a unique BOMdata source system. In addition,we discuss the technical parameters and system roadmap of our proposal which aims to provide alternate novel pathway to the efficient management of enterprise-level BOM.
