西藏牦牛乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:2

Isolation and identification of mastitis pathogen in Tibetan yak and its drug resistance analysis

摘要 2017年6月份,西藏林芝市某地牦牛突然出现乳房炎症,表现出红肿热痛等的炎性变化,为了掌握牦牛乳房炎发病原因,试验采用细菌学方法对西藏林芝地区6头临床症状疑似乳房炎牦牛进行了金黄色葡萄球菌的分离,通过对其进行培养特性、形态学特征及生理生化特性分析确定病原菌,随后对分离菌株进行了兔血浆凝固酶试验、动物试验和药敏试验。结果表明:分离到2株金黄色葡萄球菌,其血浆凝固酶试验阳性,且试验动物也出现相关病理变化,说明分离菌株为致病菌;2株分离菌均对头孢他啶耐药,1株对呋喃妥因中度敏感,对其他所选药物均高度敏感。 Bovine mastitis suddenly appeared in yak from a farm in Nyingchi City of Xizang Autonomous Region in June 2017, which presented inflammatory symptoms including red, swelling, heat, pain, etc. In order to understand the cause of yak mastitis, bacteriological methods were used in this experiment for the isolation of Staphylococcus aureus from six yaks with clinical mastitis-suspected symptoms. The pathogen bacteria was identified by culture characteristics, morphological feature and physio-biochemical characteristics. Subsequently the isolated strains took part in rabbit plasma coagulase assay, animal experiment and antimicrobial susceptibility test. The results showed that two Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated. Both strains showed positive in plasma coagulase assay and related pathological changes in animal experiment,which suggested that the isolated strains were the cause pathogen. Both strains were resistant to ceftazidime, and one strain was moderately sensitive to nitrofurantoin,and both were highly sensitive to other selected drugs.
