摘要
目的观察个性化督导式护理在心电监护下拔牙的疗效，为相关患者护理方法改进提供参考。方法选择2016年8月-2017年8月于首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院采用心电监护下拔牙的患者200例，随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。对照组行常规护理，试验组行个性化督导式护理，比较两组患者血压、心率、焦虑状态、术中是否需要急救、手术是否终止情况。采用SPSS21．0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果试验组和对照组在拔牙前收缩压、舒张压以及心率差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。试验组心电监护下患者拔牙患牙科焦虑症、急救、手术完成情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论个性化督导式护理能够改善心血管疾病需要心电监护下拔牙患者的焦虑状态，降低急救发生概率，提升手术完成率，适宜临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of individual supervisory nursing in tooth extraction under electrocardiography monitoring, so as to provide a reference for improvement of nursing method for patients. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, we selected 200 patients with tooth extraction under electrocardiography monitoring in Beijing Stomatological Hospital, Capital Medical University. All of the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group. Patients of control group received routine nursing, while patients of experimental group were treated with individual supervisory nursing. We compared the blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety, whether to need intraoperative first aid as well as the surgery whether to terminate among patients in two groups. SPSS 21.0 was used to statistical analysis to the data. Results There were statistical differences in the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate between experimental group and control group before tooth extraction （P 〈 0.01）. The incidence of anxiety in dentistry, first aid and complement of surgery of patients tooth extraction under electrocardiography monitoring in experimental group were better than those in control group with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Individual supervisory nursing could improve anxiety of angiocardiopathy patients with tooth extraction under electrocardiography monitoring, and reduce the incidence of first aid and promote the completion rate of surgery. It is appropriate for being used widely in clinical apphcation.
