摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌与房颤间及房颤患者中幽门螺杆菌及C反应蛋白及脂质代谢水平变化的相关性。方法选取2016年7月—2017年9月间入住齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院心内科心房颤动患者,检测C反应蛋白、血脂及Hp指标,统计并分析数据。结果房颤患者与体检对照组Hp阳性率,CRP、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阵发性房颤组与持续性房颤组患者Hp阳性率,CRP、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HP感染可能会通过血脂代谢与炎性反应途径影响房颤的发生及发展。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Helieobaeter pylori（Hp） infection and atrial fibrillation, Hp and C reac- tive protein（CRP） and lipid metabolism in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods The patients with atrial fibrillation in the Department of Cardiology from July, 2016 to September, 2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College, were checked to detect the CRP, blood lipid and Hp, and the data were analyzed. Results The positive rate of Hp, CRP, glycerol three fat（TG） and total choles- terol （TC） were significantly different between atrial fibrillation patients and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive rate of Hp, CRP, TG and TC in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and persistent AF group were slatistically different（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Hp infection may affect the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation through blood lipid metabolism and inflammatory response pathway.
