摘要
超长变截面螺旋铝板单元整体组装采用RTS机器人全站仪采集的数据结合BIM技术安装,通过设置可调龙骨转接件,变截面螺旋铝板采用地面组装、整体吊装的安装方式,施工质量控制良好,安装效率提高30%。
Construction technology of monolithic assembly of super long and variable cross-section spiral aluminum plate unit adopts RTS robot total station data acquisition combined with BIM Technology,adjustment by setting adjustable keel connector, installation method of variable cross-section spiral aluminum plate assembled on the ground and integral hoisting. The construction quality control is good and the installation efficiency is increased by 30%.
