Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations at different gestational weeks. Methods: A total of 380 pregnant women undergoing prenatal examinations in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the gestational age of pregnant women, they were randomly divided into early pregnancy(61 cases,11-17 + 6 weeks),the second trimester(181 cases,18-27 + 6 weeks),the third trimester(138 cases,28-40 + 6 weeks). The pregnant women were examined by first two-dimensional ultrasound, and then four-dimensional ultrasound,Compare the results of two examinations. Compared the results of two examinations. Results: The diagnostic accuracy(85. 7%),the second trimester(100%) and the third trimester(100%) in two gestational weeks pregnant women with different gestational weeks were significantly higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasonography 71. 4%,87. 5%,60 %,there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasonography could improve the accuracy of fetal malformations at different gestational weeks, detect fetal abnormalities in time and reduce the birth of deformed fetuses, providing a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis.
