摘要
在职业教育发展改革关键而又巨变的时期,实现职业教育科学和快速的发展已经成为当今时代每个人肩上的重任。因此教育公平和教育质量是影响职业教育长久发展的重要因素,推进职业教育公平是推进社会公平的基础,提高职业教育质量必将提高全民整体素质水平。本文从教育公平的视角出发分析职业教育公平与职业教育质量,并且分析目前职业教育低质量与教育不公平之间的联系,并结合当前经济发展新常态下,就我们应该如何打造适应社会发展的优质职业教育提出一些建议与措施。
In the period of key and huge changes of vocational education, we realized vocational education has become the responsibility of everyone in this era. Therefore, the fairness and quality of education are the important factors influencing the long-term development of vocational education. Promoting the fairness of education is the basis for promoting social equity, and improving the quality of vocational education will improve the quality of all people. From the perspective of educational equity,this paper analyzes the relationship between the low quality of vocational education and educational inequity, and puts forward some suggestions and measures for establishing high-quality vocational education suitable for social development combined with the new normal of economic development at present.
