摘要
加强金融人才培养是增强金融竞争力的关键,随着我国金融业的不断发展,对金融型人才的需求不断增大。有关金融人才培养的体系也相继推出,但这一体系仍旧存在着某些问题。本文首先分析了在经济全球化的大背景下,我国金融市场中人才培养的现状,并且浅析人才培养过程中所存在的问题以及相对应的决策。
This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in China＇s financial market under the background of economic globalization. Strengthening financial personnel training is the key to enhance financial competitiveness. With the continuous development of China＇s financial industry, the demand for financial talents is increasing. The problems and corresponding decisions in the process of talent cultivation are analyzed.
