摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,社会越来越强烈需要体育应用型人才,如何培养出适合社会需求的应用型人才成为普通高校面临的重要课题。通过运用SWOT分析法对普通高校体育专业人才培养自身存在的优势、劣势,以及所面对的外部机遇、威胁进行分析,对如何培养应用型人才进行有益探讨,以期为促进普通高校体育人才转型发展提供对策。
With the rapid development of market economy in China, the demand of applied sports talents is becoming stronger. Thus, cultivating the applied talents who can meet the social needs have become an important task for sport colleges. Based on the background, both the advantages and disadvantages of the sport talents cultivation were firstly analyzed and the external opportunities and threats they faced were explored through SWOT （strength, weakness, op- portunities and threats） method. The ways oI applied sports talents cultivation were further discussed. All the results demonstrated in the paper would provide strategies for promoting the transformation development of sports talents in Chinese ordinary universities.
