摘要 [目的]以香菇辽抚4号为试验材料,研究不同光质对香菇菌丝生长及转色的影响。[方法]采用固体培养基菌丝离体培养法,通过设定13种不同光质的LED光源,研究不同光质对香菇菌丝生长、转色情况及原基形成的影响。[结果]LED不同光质对香菇菌丝生长影响差异显著。在菌丝生长方面,9种光源对香菇菌丝生长有促进作用,菌丝生长速度快于黑暗培养,以红光促进作用最明显。在转色方面,绿光和蓝光能明显促进香菇转色,红光和黑暗培养条件下香菇菌丝不转色。在原基形成方面,在黄光和黑暗培养条件下,能够形成原基,而在其他光质条件下培养未见原基形成。[结论]证明香菇菌丝生长和转色对光质具有选择性,为香菇工厂化生产的光质调控提供了科学依据。 [Objection] Lentinula edodes cultivar ‘Liaofu No.4’was used as the material to study theeffect of 13 different LED light sources on effect of mycelia growth and transcolor. [Method] The effect ofdifferent light sources on mycelium growth, color transformation and the formation of primordium ofLentinula edodes was studied by using the method of isolated mycelium culture on solid medium and bysetting 13 different LED light sources with different light types. [Result] The results showed that the effectof different light quality on mycelium growth was significant. In mycelial growth aspects, nine kinds of lightsources promoted the mycelium growth, growing faster than growing in darkness, among which, red lighthad the most significant effect. In terms of color transformation, the green light and blue light can obviouslypromote mycelium color transformation of Lentinula edodes, and the mycelium color was not changed whenthey were cultivated under the conditions of red light and darkness. In the primordium formation aspect,primordia were observed when they were cultivated under the conditions of yellow light and darkness, andthe primordium was not observed under other light conditions. [Conclusion] This research proved that thegrowth and color transformation of Lentinula edodes mycelium depended on different light quality, whichprovided scientific basis for the regulation of light quality in industrialized production of Lentinula edodes.
