摘要
为优化TA2钛合金间隙式真空渗碳工艺,采用L_9(3~3)正交设计方案研究温度、压强、甲烷乙炔气氛配比对TA2钛合金渗碳层硬度、厚度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:温度对TA2钛合金渗碳层影响最大。正交试验最佳的工艺参数为温度940℃,压强-70 k Pa,甲烷和乙炔的配比为7∶1,此时钛合金的硬度最佳可达到972.8 HV,渗层厚度可达136μm。各因素的影响程度是:温度>甲烷乙炔气氛配比>压强。
In order to optimize the gap-type vacuum carburization of TA2 titanium alloy, the effects of temperature, pressure and atmosphere ratio of methane to acetylene on the hardness, thickness and wear resistance of the carburized layer of TA2 titanium alloy were studied by L9 (33) orthogonal design scheme. The results showed that the temperature had the most influence on the carburized layer of TA2 titanium alloy. The best technological parameters of orthogonal test the temperature was 940 ℃. And the pressure was - 70 kPa, with the ratio of 7:1 for methane to acetylene. In this case, the best hardness of titanium alloy was up to 972.8 HV with the thickness of 136 μm for the layer. The influence degree of each factor was temperature 〉 ratio of methane to acetylene atmosphere 〉 pressure.
