摘要
560立式环模是立式环模制粒机的关键部件,其表面耐磨性的优劣直接决定挤压出的颗粒饲料质量。由于使用过程中受到物料对其表面的磨损以及高压、高温作用,立式环模成为制粒机最主要的易损件。据统计,它的维修费用占全部维修费用的30%以上。因此,560立式环模在使用中需拥有更好的表面耐磨性、更长的使用寿命、较好的抗疲劳强度以及合适的表面硬度等指标。渗碳工艺作为一种实用且广泛应用的热处理技术得到了普遍认可。因此,使用性能良好的20CrMnTi渗碳钢作为560立式环模材质,并进行渗碳处理,以提高表面耐磨性,延长其使用寿命。
560 vertical ring die is a key component of vertical ring die granulator. Its surface wear resistance directly determines the quality of extruded pellet feed. Due to the wear of the material on its surface in the process of use, as well as the effect of high pressure and high temperature, it is the main wearing parts of the pelletizer. According to statistics, the maintenance cost accounts for more than 30% of the total maintenance cost. Therefore, 560 vertical ring die in the use of better surface wear resistance,longer service life, better fatigue strength, appropriate surface hardness and other indicators. Carburizing process as a practical and widely used heat treatment technology has been widely recognized. Therefore, this paper uses 20 CrMnTi carburizing carbon steel with good performance as 560 vertical ring mold material, and carburizing treatment, in order to improve the surface wear resistance, prolong the service life.
