摘要
目的:探讨经腹部超声引导下注入无水乙醇治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法:总结分析笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年1月经腹部超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿92例,抽出囊液后生理盐水冲洗囊腔,注入无水乙醇,观察临床效果。结果:治疗后浆液性囊肿患者总有效率100%,高于卵巢巧克力囊肿的92.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经腹部超声引导下注入无水乙醇治疗卵巢囊肿安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the method and effect of anhydrous ethanol injection under the guidance of abdominal ultrasound in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Method：A total of 92 cases of ovarian cysts were treated by ultrasound guided interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.After the cystic fluid was taken out,the normal saline was washed into the cystic cavity and injected with absolute alcohol,and the clinical effect was observed.Result：The cure rate of serous cyst was 100%,better than 92.9% of ovarian chocolate cyst,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of ovarian cysts by injecting anhydrous ethanol under the guidance of abdominal ultrasound is safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical application.
