摘要
工程建设项目具有投资大、生命周期长、涉及面广以及信息类型复杂的特点,项目管理中容易导致信息沟通不畅、建设周期内信息流失严重的现象。项目建设周期内的任一环节出现失误,都可能导致重大的经济损失,严重制约工程建设项目管理水平和管理效率的提升。采用BIM协同理念,通过梳理工程项目在不同实施阶段之间,以及同一阶段不同任务之间各参与方的信息交互内容,构建了一种以业主为主导、项目参建各方共享、共同受益的BIM全生命周期协同模型,并初步应用于大型桥梁工程施工管理。实践表明BIM技术能够打通工程项目各阶段之间的信息壁垒,提高工程建设管理水平,实现工程项目管理效益的最大化。
The infrastructure project has the features of large investment,long period time,and involves various businesses and lots of participants,which easily lead to huge,complex and diversified information in project executing phrase.It is well known that any mistake during the construction period may bring about severe economic loss and affect the effectiveness of the project,which hampers the construction project management level and management efficiency.Based on the Building Information Management(BIM) collaborative concept,this paper formulated a universal BIM collaborative application model for the university town construction by classifying and analyzing the different stages of implementation,as well as different tasks in the same phase between the stockholders involved in the interactive content of information in the construction projects,so as to overcome information block between related stages of the project.The proposed model can not only improve the management level of project construction,but also upgrade the management efficiency of construction project.
