勃氏甜龙竹竹汁的开发及其对高脂血症小鼠血脂和血糖的影响 被引量:2

Development of Dendrocalamus brandisii juice and its effect on blood lipid and blood sugar in mice with hyperlipemia

摘要 勃氏甜龙竹竹汁被开发成植物饮料产品。制订了竹汁产品的标准,申请了SC生产许可证。为了验证勃氏甜龙竹竹汁产品降血脂的作用,以正常小鼠为对照,将高脂血症昆明小鼠模型分为高脂模型组和勃氏甜龙竹汁低、中、高剂量组及辛伐他汀组阳性药物对照组,分别按照体重进行给药,检测小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度。结果表明:勃氏甜龙竹汁产品能有效提高小鼠血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和降低高脂血症小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。与模型组相比,辛伐他汀与竹汁产品对高脂血症及其引发的高血糖有辅助治疗作用。 The Dendrocalamus brandisii juice was developed into a vegetable beverage product. The production standard of Dendrocalamus brandisii juice was established and applied for SC license. In order to investigate the functions of Dendrocalamus brandisii juice on decreasing blood lipid. The normal Kunming mice were regarded as control group, and the Kunming mice with hyperlipidemia were divided into hyperlipidemia model group, Dendrocalamus brandisii juice groups at low, middle and high dosages and simvastatin-treated positive control group, the mice were treated by intragastric administration with dosages determined by body weights. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were evaluated. The results showed that the Dendrocalamus brandisii juice can effectively improve the serum high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in mice and reduce the serum total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in hyperlipidemia mice. Compared with the model group, simvastatin and Dendrocalamus brandisii juice have adjuvant therapy effect on high blood glucose caused by hyperlipidemia.
