深圳地区侵袭性真菌感染的菌种分类及分布情况 被引量:1

Species and distribution characteristics of invasive fungal infections in Shenzhen area

摘要 目的:调查深圳地区侵袭性真菌感染的菌种分类及分布情况。方法:回顾性分析深圳市第三人民医院在2014至2017年间分离的2934株真菌,主要观察菌种分类、不同来源样本类型分布和真菌数量年度变化情况。结果:4年共分离真菌2934株,包括白色念珠菌1578株、马尔尼菲青霉菌282株、热带念珠菌265株、光滑念珠菌223株、曲霉菌205株、克柔念珠菌108株和新型隐球菌87株等,主要分离自痰液(64.28%)、粪便(10.97%)、血液(7.46%)、尿液(7.23%)、咽拭子(3.34%)、脑脊液(2.35%)和支气管肺泡灌洗液(2.04%)等临床样本。结论:深圳地区侵袭性真菌感染的主要病原菌为念珠菌,尤以白色念珠菌为甚,其次是马尔尼菲青霉菌和曲霉菌,其临床感染主要出现在呼吸系统和消化系统。 Objective To investigate the species and distribution of invasive fungal infections in Shenzhen area. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2934 strains of fungi isolated from Shenzhen Third People's Hospital during 2014-2017 was conducted to observe the classification of strains, the distribution of sample types from different sources and the annual variation of fungal numbers.Results 2934 strains of fungi isolated in four years. Species of invasive fungi mainly included 1578 strains of Candida albicans, 282 strains of Penicilliposis marneffei, 265 strains of C.metapsilosis, 223 strains of C.glabrata, 205 strains of Aspergillus, 108 strains of C.kruseii, and 87 strains of Cryptococcus neoformans.Clinical specimens mainly included sputum accounting for 64.28 %, faeces accounting for 10.97 %, blood accounting for 7.46 %, urine accounting for 7.23 %, oropharyngeal swabs accounting for 3.34 %, cerebral spinal fl uid accounting for 2.35 %, bronchoalveolar lavage fl uid accounting for 2.04 %. Conclusions Candida species, especially C.albicans, P.marneffei and Aspergillus are the main pathogens of invasive fungal infection in Shenzhen area. The respiratory and digestion system infection are the mainly clinical manifestations.
