Opening and Safety Resume Production Technology for Sulphur Coal in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

摘要 基于老石旦煤矿031601工作面开采工艺以及煤层高硫煤的特点,对工作面自然发火的原因进行了分析,通过集中运输大巷3个措施孔灌注氮气,031601工作面进、回风巷防火密闭措施孔灌注液氮,封闭区域内气体组分及浓度、温度等指标均满足工作面启封条件,可以启封复产。考虑到031601工作面封闭前过断层的特殊情况,制定了工作面实施均压通风方式,以采空区自然发火监测监控为主,建立帷幕注氮系统、灌注液态CO_2应急系统,措施孔注胶,采空区喷洒阻化剂,回风巷施工补巷,封堵漏风通道等综合技术措施来保障工作面的安全复产,从而实现了031601工作面顺利回采结束。 Based on the mining technology and high-sulfur coal characteristic in 031601 working face of Laoshidan Coal Mine,the causes of spontaneous combustion in working face are analyzed. Through nitrogen grouting in three measure holes of the centralized transportation tunnel, filling liquid nitrogen in fire sealing hole of intake airway and return airway of 031601 working face, gas composition and concentration, temperature and other indicators in the closed areas meet the opening conditions of the working face, and the closed areas can be opened and resumed. Considering the special situation of 031601 working face passing through the fault before the closure, the uniform pressure ventilation is developed for the working face. Comprehensive technical measures, including spontaneous combustion monitoring in goaf, building curtain nitrogen injection system, liquid CO_2 injection emergency system, colloids injection in measure hole, spraying retarder in goaf, supplementing roadway in return airway, plugging leakage channels, are used to guarantee the resume production and achieve a smooth mining of 031601 working face.
