摘要
SPHD钢种具有优良的深冲性能，已作为高质量的冷轧原料用铜被广泛使用，用于冲压面板成形等深加工用材及镀锌板。其产品广泛用于汽车、家电外壳面板等各个领域，前景广阔。本文从改变传统工艺流程，采用吹氩直上工艺进行了详细阐述。
Steel grade of SPHD has excellent deep drawahility and has been widely used as a high quality cold rolled raw material steel, also for deep processing materials such as stamping panel forming and galvanized sheet.The products are widely used in various fields such as automobile and home appliance outer panel, and have broad prospects. In this paper, the traditional process flow is changed, and the argon blowing process is elaborated.
