摘要
奥沙利铂是抗癌谱广、使用较为广泛的第三代铂类抗肿瘤化疗药,其周围神经毒性发生率高,目前西医未有确切疗效的药物推荐使用。中医药疗效显示出其独特的优势。现从奥沙利铂周围神经毒性的发生机制,中医对奥沙利铂周围神经毒性的的认识、治疗原则,温针灸及黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗奥沙利铂周围神经毒性的机制进行探讨。
Oxaliplatin is a third - generation platinum antitumor chemotherapy drug with a broad spectrum of anticancer properties and a wide range of uses. Its peripheral neurotoxicity rate is high. Currently, Western medicine does not recommend the use of drugs with definite therapeutic effects. The efficacy of Chinese medicine shows its unique advantages. To discuss the mechanismf peripheral neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin and the understanding and treatment of Chinese medicine . Meanwhile, to explore the the mechanism of warm acupuncture and I-Iuangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in treating peripheral neurotoxicitv of oxaliplatin.
