摘要
奥沙利铂作为消化系统肿瘤化疗的常用药物,其治疗副反应一直困扰着肿瘤患者,并影响患者预后,值得临床关注。其中,奥沙利铂相关的周围神经病变是限制肿瘤患者预后的主要因素。通过查阅文献,总结中医防治奥沙利铂相关周围神经病变的方法手段,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Oxaliplatin is a commonly used drug in chemotherapy for digestive system tumors.The side effects of oxaliplatin treatment have been suffering for tumor patients and affect the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinicians'attention.Among them,oxaliplatin-related peripheral neuropathy is the main factor limiting the prognosis of tumor patients.Through the literature review,the methods and means of TCM prevention and treatment of oxaliplatinrelated peripheral neuropathy were summarized in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
