摘要 文中通过建立气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS-MS)分析方法,对纺织品中卡拉花醛的含量进行测定。该方法以乙醇为萃取溶剂,采用微波辅助萃取技术提取纺织品中的卡拉花醛,提取产物经浓缩定容、过滤后进行GC-MS-MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明,在信噪比(S/N)为10的条件下,方法的定量下限为0.1 mg/kg;在3个加标浓度水平下,平均加标回收率为88.65%~95.74%,精密度(RSD,n=9)为1.95%~11.68%;该方法定性可靠、定量准确、灵敏度高、操作简单、检测通量高,定量下限远远低于REACH法规的限量要求,可用于纺织品中卡拉花醛含量的日常检测工作。 An effective method was established for the determination of karanal in textiles by gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS-MS). Karanal in textiles was microwave-assisted extracted using ethanol as the extraction solvent. The extract was condensed and filtered, followed by the analysis of GC-MS-MS. The external standard method was used to determine the concentration of karanal. The limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.10 mg/kg at signal to noise(S/N) of ten. The blank sample was spiked at three levels and the spiked average recoveries varied from 88.65% to 95.74% while the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=9) varied from 1.95% to 11.68%. The proposed method was accurate, sensitive, high detection throughput and convenient to operate. The LOQ of the proposed method was far less than the limited requirements of REACH regulations. This method was appropriate to the routine analysis of karanal in textiles.
