摘要
本文根据国际电工委员会发布的IEC62321:2008电子电气产品中限用的六种物质(铅、镉、汞、六价铬、多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚)浓度测定。为了评定该方法中多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚含量的不确定度,我们建立数学模型针对易降解的十溴联苯醚对引入不确定度的分析,最终得出十溴联苯醚的扩展不确定度为8.18mg/kg,K=2。
This paper is based on the determination of six substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers) in the IEC62321:2008 electrical and electronic products published by the International Electrotechnical Commission. In order to evaluate the uncertainty of the content of polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in this method, we established a mathematical model for the analysis of the unfavorable introduction of undexially degraded decabromodiphenyl ether, and finally concluded that the expansion of decabromodiphenyl ether The degree of determination is 8.18, K 2.
