摘要
计算机技术的发展为无损检测提供了新的解决方案,文章论述了以虚拟仪器实现无损检测的设计原理,分析了阵列涡流传感器的硬件实现,然后对虚拟仪器面板的集成性、便捷性和可扩展性进行了重点研究,并结合工程实践进行了试验验证,证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
The development of computer technology provides a new solution for NDT. In this paper, the design principle of NDT based on virtual instrument is discussed, and the hardware realization of array eddy current sensor is analyzed. Then, the integra tion, convenience and expansibility of the virtual instrument panel are studied in detail, and the validity and feasibility of the method are proved by the experiment in combination with the engineering practice.
