摘要 单导联长时程动态心电图是近几年国际上开发的一种无心电图导联线的心电新技术,可以长时间记录心电信息数天、数月甚至更长时间。它监测时间长,对不明原因的晕厥、一过性心律失常、发作性心肌缺血的检出率较普通动态心电图更高。本文主要通过三例病例来阐述单导联长时程动态心电图的临床应用价值。 Single lead long-term ambulatory electrocardiography( AECG) is a kind of electrocardiographic technology without lead wire developed in recent years.It can make long-term recordings of electrocardiographic data for days,months or even longer time.The incidences of syncope of unknown cause,transient arrhythmia and paroxysmal myocardial ischemia by single lead long-term AECG is higher than those by ordinary AECG,for the former's long monitoring time.This paper mainly illustrates the clinical application value of single lead long-term AECG through 3 practical cases.
