启动阶段涡轮阻尼器流场特性数值仿真研究 被引量:2

Research on transient flow for turbine damper using numerical simulation and test

摘要 为了研究启动阶段涡轮阻尼器的水力性能,基于动网格有限元分析方法,建立了涡轮阻尼器参数计算模型,分析了启动阶段涡轮阻尼器的内流场和转矩特性,并与试验结果比较.结果显示:涡轮阻尼器启动阶段内部流动和输出转矩具有显著的特性.启动阶段,流动首先形成布满叶片间隙的主漩涡,随着时间的进展主漩涡靠近外圆区域开始出现分离的小漩涡,进而发展形成多个漩涡群;泵轮叶片间压力梯度逐渐增加,开始在背流面叶尖部位形成低压带,而后低压带逐渐向叶片中部移动并形成低压区,具有典型的非定常过渡特性.涡轮阻尼器启动阶段转矩仿真结果和试验结果总体上符合较好,说明采用该计算模型来预测涡轮阻尼器启动阶段的动态特性是合适的. In order to study the transient hydraulic characteristics of the turbine damper during startup,a parametric calculation model of the turbine damper was established based on spring smoothing dynamic mesh.The flow field and the torque characteristics of the turbine damper during startup were analyzed.The results show that the blades are filled by the main eddies.As time go on,the main eddies begin to appear isolated small eddies near the outer circle area,and then form multiple eddies.The pressure gradient between the impellers gradually increase.The low pressure zone is formed in the apical part of the face,and then the low pressure zone gradually moves to the middle of the blade and forms a stable low pressure zone.The torque simulation results of turbine damper start-up phase generally agree well with the test results,which shows that it is appropriate to use this calculation model to predict the dynamic characteristics of turbine damper during the start-up phase.
