多级增压起爆射孔技术的影响因素及敏感度分析

摘要 针对常规射孔技术在长夹层油井中存在传爆环节多、费用高和需要补射等问题,开展多级增压起爆射孔技术研究及应用。首先建立压力敏感度、套管剩余强度敏感度、温度敏感度、井深敏感度、敏感度曲率之间的关系式,在此基础上通过分析2005~2015年68起(3800~6000m)射孔作业井下复杂及事故案例可知:压力敏感度曲率在中浅井敏感度不强,在中深井敏感度明显增加复杂情况激增;套管剩余强度在中深井段曲率开始逐渐上升,进入超深井段上升明显,由于套管钢级在达到一定级别后不再和井深进行线性匹配,所以套管钢级不足成为导致剩余强度不足的主要原因;温度敏感曲率的主要上升阶段在深井和超深井阶段,温度160~220℃阶段开始逐渐暴露出爆炸药对温度的耐受度逐渐下降导致爆炸力度削弱严重,加之深井偶发井温梯度异常增高情况,也成为导致射孔不成功的加剧因素。在上述研究基础上,2013年中石油乍得项目首次成功应用多级增压起爆射孔技术,现场17井次应用油管替代夹层枪多级增压起爆射孔技术,平均节约射孔开支50%左右。 In order to solve the problems of conventional perforation technology in oil wells in long interlay-er,such as too many blasting links,high cost and need to be recharged,multi-stage pressurized blasting perforation technology were researched and applied.The relational expressions among pressure sensitivity,casing remaining strength sensitivity,temperature sensitivity,well depth sensitivity and sensitivity curvature were established.Based on that,the analysis on 68 downhole complications and accident cases of perforating operation in2005-2015(3800-6000 m) shows that pressure sensitivity curvature is weak in the medium-shallow wells,increased in the medium-deep wells obviously and significantly at complications.The curvature of casing remain-ing strength in the medium-deep well section curvature begins to rise and rises obviously in the super-deep well section.Because the casing steel grade doesn ′ t match with well depth linearly after certain level,lower casing steel grade results in weak remaining strength.The temperature sensitivity curvature rises mainly at the stage of deep wells and ultra deep well,and the tolerance of bursting charge on the temperature gradually drops and results in explosive strength weakening since the stage at 160-220 ℃.And temperature gradient increased abnormally in the deep well occasionally,which aggravates perforation failure.Based on the above research,multistage pressurized blasting perforation technology was first applied to Chad project of SINOPEC with success in 2013.The technology was applied in 17 well-times using tubing instead of interlayer gun,and the average perforation cost saved by 50%.
