摘要
为确定射孔对套管的损坏影响,应用有限元法对射孔后套管结构进行理论计算,得出射孔后套管强度比射孔前平均下降20%左右的结论。为进行进一步研究和验证理论计算的准确性,进行了现场试验,对射孔前后孔眼周围厚度的变化、孔眼丢失面积、套管质量变化、套管硬度和密度变化、弯曲度等方面进行了现场模拟,并对试验结果进行了详细分析。射孔后孔眼周围厚度明显增加,平均突出高度为1 mm,加厚位置在孔眼2 mm范围内;孔眼的质量损失对套管整体几乎没有影响;每米孔眼丢失面积比为0.017%;射孔后孔眼周围的硬度略有增加。
In order to know the casing strength changers after perforation, theoretical calculation of casing structure after perforation was made by using finite element method. It was concluded that the casing strength was declined 20% in average after perforation. For further studying the casing changes and validating the veracity of theoretical calculation, trials on the spot were made, especially in the following aspects: casing thickness changes around the perforating hole, hole area changes, casing mass changes, casing rigidity changes, density and camber changes, etc. And the tested results were analyzed in detail, from which we can see that the casing thickness around the hole increased directly after perforation, and the average height was 1 mm in the area of a di- ameter of 2 mm from the perforating hole; mass loss of the perforating hole hardly influenced the mass of the whole casing; the lost area ratio of perforating hole per meter was 0. 017% ; the casing rigidity around the perforating hole increased a little after perforation.
