摘要
目的：观察调中健脾汤对伴精神障碍的脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良（FD）患者的临床疗效。方法：将脾虚气滞型FD患者随机分为调中健脾汤组、多潘立酮片组、四磨汤口服液组,最终147例完成随访,每组各49例,治疗4周,观察治疗前后主要临床症状的改变,并比较3组治疗总有效率、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）差异。结果：治疗后3组主要症状、总有效率差异无统学意义（P〉0.05）;调中健脾汤组分别与多潘立酮片组和四磨汤口服液组比较,SDS评分、SAS评分下降,差异有统学意义（P〈0.05）,多潘立酮片与四磨汤口服液比较,SDS评分、SAS评分无统学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：调中健脾汤、多潘立酮片、四磨汤口服液均可有效缓解脾虚气滞型FD患者临床症状,调中健脾汤可明显改善脾虚气滞型FD患者焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍状态。
Objective：To observe the effect of Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction on functional dyspepsia（ FD） patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome complicated with mental disorder. Methods：The patients were randomly divided into Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction group,Domperidone Tablets group,Simo Decoction Oral Liquid group and finally 147 patients were followed up,49 cases in each group. After 4 weeks treatment,we observed the clinical symptoms change and compared the three groups＇ total efficiency,depression self Rating Scale（ SDS） and self rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）. Results：After treatment,three groups＇ main symptoms and the total efficiency difference were not significant（ P〉0.05）. Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction group＇ s SDS and SAS scores signficantly decreased respectively compared with those of the Domperidone Tablets group and Simo Decoction Oral Liquid group and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. Domperidone Tablets and Simo Decoction Oral Liquid groups＇ SDS SAS scores had no significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction,Domperidone Tablets and Simo Decoction Oral Liquid all can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of FD of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation sydnrome patients and Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction can obviously improve patients＇ anxiety,depression and other mental disorders.
