摘要
目的探析人性化护理服务在结核病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月在本院就诊治疗的58例结核病患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组各29例,其中对照组进行基础常规护理,干预组则给予人性化的护理干预。对比观察两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁状况及护理依从性。结果干预组的依从性远高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑及抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对结核病患者给予人性化护理干预措施后,能缓解其负面情绪,提高依从性,改善患者的日常生活质量,推广应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing service in the clinical nursing of tuberculosis. Methods A total of 58 cases of tuberculosis patients in our hospital were selected as the research object from December 2015 to December 2016. They were divided into intervention group and control group randomly,each group had 29 patients,intervention group were given nursing intervention of humanity the observation of curative effect of nursing group patients. Results The compliance of the intervention group was much higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with tuberculosis,humanized nursing interventions can relieve negative emotions,improve compliance and improve the quality of daily life of patients.
