摘要
目的探讨人性化护理干预在腰椎结核患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择我院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的200例腰椎结核患者作为研究对象,将其分为100例试验组和100例对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者采用人性化护理。比较护理后,两组患者的不良反应发生情况,护理满意度和生活质量。结果试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=7.0369,P<0.05)。试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=8.6649,P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、总体健康情况分别为(85.24±7.32)、(82.08±5.42)、(84.87±6.14)、(82.18±6.77)分,对照组患者的分别为(72.97±5.12)、(72.48±4.49)、(73.14±5.69)、(74.26±4.67)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎结核患者采取人性化护理干预可明显提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量,患者的护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with lumbar tuberculosis.Methods The 200 patients with lumbar tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 100 test groups and 100 control groups.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the test group were treated with humanized nursing.After comparing nursing,the two groups of patients'complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=7.0369,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=8.6649,P<0.05).After nursing,the physical function,emotional function,social function,and overall health of the test group were(85.24±7.32),(82.08±5.42),(84.87±6.14),(82.18±6.77)points,and the control group's were(72.97±5.12),(72.48±4.49),(73.14±5.69),(74.26±4.67)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention for patients with lumbar tuberculosis can significantly improve the treatment effect and the patient's quality of life,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high.
