摘要
目的观察郁闷不舒状态经络阻闭证患者中医体质分布规律与体质特征,是否存在体质易感性。方法采用问卷调查的方法,运用《中医体质分类与判定表》标准,对187例郁闷不舒状态经络阻闭证患者进行体质调查及中医体质判定。结果 187例郁闷不舒状态经络阻闭证患者以阳虚质、气虚质、气郁质比重最大。女性发病率明显高于男性。男性气郁质较女性多见,女性阳虚质、气虚质多见。男性与女性发病年龄相当,不同年龄段患者体质类型存在差异,50岁以下中青年人居多,以气虚质、气郁质较为多见,50岁及以上年龄段患者以阳虚质所占比例最高。结论在各种因素影响下,平和质对人体是一种保护性因素,气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质、血瘀质、痰湿质、湿热质人群在郁闷不舒状态下均较容易罹患郁闷不舒状态经络阻闭证。
Objective It investigates distribution law and the characteristics of the TCM constitution types for the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state,the existence of physical predisposition. Methods The questionnaire survey was used in this study. Using the constitution classification and decision table of traditional Chinese medicine,the constitution investigation and constitution judgment of 187 cases of meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state and uncomfortable state were carried out. Results 187 cases of the meridian blocking syndrome of depressive state with Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation of the largest proportion. The incidence of female was significantly higher than that of male. The female Qi depression is more common than the female,and the female Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency constitution are more common. The age of onset is similar between male and female,and there are differences in constitution types of patients of different age groups,Under the age of 50 young people in the majority,with Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation is common,patients aged 50 years and older with the highest proportion of Yang deficiency. Conclusion Under the influence of various factors,the gentleness is a kind of protection to human body. Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency constitution,Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution people in depressive and discomfort state are easier to suffer from depressed not Shu state block the meridians closed card.
