摘要
为探究影响汉麻粉体涂层织物抗紫外线性能的因素,成功制备出汉麻粉体涂层织物。在此基础上研究了水性聚酰胺含量、涂层厚度、粉体颗粒大小、粉体含量等对织物抗紫外线性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着水性聚酰胺(WPU)含量的增加,UPF值呈先增大后减小的趋势,在WPU为80%时,UPF值达到最大;在其他工艺条件相同仅厚度改变时,随着涂层厚度的增加,UPF值增大;粉体颗粒粒径小,有助于粉体在涂层浆料分散更均匀,UPF值变大;织物的UPF值随粉体含量增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,在含量为4%时,达到最佳抗紫外线性能。
In order to investigate the factors influencing the anti-UV Properties of hemp powder Coating fabric,hemp powder Coating fabrics were successfully prepared. On this basis,the effects of waterborne polyamide content,coating thickness,powder particle size and powder content on the UV resistance of fabrics were studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of waterborne polyamide( WPU) content,the UPF value first increases and then decreases. When the WPU is 80%,the UPF value reaches the maximum; when other process conditions are the same,only the thickness changes,With the increase of coating thickness,the UPF value increases,and the particle size of the powder particles is small,which helps the powder to be more uniformly dispersed in the coating slurry,and the UPF value becomes larger; the UPF value of the fabric increases with the powder content. The trend of increase after decrease,when the content is 4%,achieve the best anti-ultraviolet performance.
