摘要
我国已经进入决胜全面小康的关键时期,而精准扶贫工作的顺利开展关系到全面建成小康社会目标的实现。近年来,我国的精准扶贫工作确实取得了不错的成绩,但其中存在着扶贫立法缺失、针对扶贫资金的职务犯罪频发、扶贫法治意识薄弱等一系列问题。因此,我们应当在精准扶贫过程中贯彻法治理念,以法治化的路径推动精准扶贫的顺利开展,对于精准扶贫法治化的实现路径,包括完善扶贫领域立法、严厉打击和预防扶贫领域职务犯罪以及加强扶贫法治宣传和法律服务等方面。通过法治理念和法治方式进行进精准扶贫,对于全面建成小康社会,实现人民共同富裕具有十分重要的意义。
Our country has entered the critical period of building up the all-around well-off society,and its success relies on the successful implementation of precise poverty alleviation. The work of precise poverty alleviation work has achieved desirable results in recent years; however,problems exist in the lack of legislation for poverty alleviation,frequent duty crimes of poverty alleviation funds,and weak awareness of poverty alleviation. Therefore,we should implement the concept of rule by law in the process of precise poverty in order to promote its successful implementation. The path of rule by law includes perfecting legislation,prevention and combating duty crime,strengthening publicity and legal services and etc. It is of great significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the common prosperity of the people by means of rule by law.
