摘要
目的探讨低年资护士心理一致感与组织支持及应对方式的关系。方法采用方便抽样的方法,应用一般情况调查表、心理一致感量表、简易应对方式量表、组织支持感量表对天津市3所三级甲等医院275名低年资护士进行问卷调查。结果低年资护士心理一致感总分为(56.35±6.15)分,心理一致感分别与积极应对方式、组织支持、工具性支持、情感性支持呈显著正相关(r=0.474,P<0.01;r=0.542,P<0.01;r=0.324,P<0.01;r=0.568,P<0.01)。结论低年资护士心理一致感水平较差,而积极的应对方式、良好的组织支持能够提高低年资护士的心理一致感,使其更好地胜任护理工作。
Objective To study the correlation among the perceived organizational support,coping styles and the sense of coherence in junior nurses.Methods A total of 275 junior nurses were selected from 3 third-grade class-A hospitals in Tianjin with convenience sampling method.The research instruments included four questionnaires:the sense of coherence scale,the simplified coping style scale,the perceived organizational support questionnaire and the demographic characteristics of respondents.Data were analyzed with software SPSS 19.0 for windows.Results The score of the sense of coherence was(56.35±6.15)points.The sense of coherence had positive and significant correlation with positive coping styles,perceived organizational support,affective support,instrumental support(r=0.474,P〈0.01;r=0.542,P〈0.01;r=0.324,P〈0.01;r=0.568,P〈0.01).Conclusions The overall level of the sense of coherence in junior nurses was undesirable,however effective problem-based coping skills and adequate perceived organizational support may improve the overall level of the sense of coherence.Nursing managers should pay more attention to the junior nurses for the better nursing services.
