摘要
为实现不同光束准直角下的辐照度模拟,依据太阳模拟器基本成像原理,设计高辐照度多准直角太阳模拟器光学系统。根据太阳辐照度、光束准直角、辐照均匀度、光谱特性和辐照稳定性等指标要求,选取氙灯作为光源,利用Lighttools软件建立嵌套灯弧模拟模型,分析氙灯体光源、发光功率分布和空间光强分布模拟方法;同时,设计椭球聚光系统、匀光系统和准直系统,实现0.1S0(32′)、0.3S0(45′)和1.0S0(±1°)的太阳辐照度与光束准直角模拟;利用光学系统仿真模型对氙灯和光学积分器进行离焦分析,建立离焦位置与辐照均匀性的函数关系。由仿真结果可知:设计的光学系统可实现142.5 W/m^2(32′)、428.4 W/m^2(45′)和1395.6 W/m^2(±1°)的太阳辐照度与光束准直角模拟,且辐照均匀度优于95.7%。
In order to achieve irradiance simulation at different beam collimation angles,the optical system of solar simulator with high irradiance and multi-collimation angels was designed according to the basic imaging principle of the solar simulator.According to the requirements of solar irradiance,beam collimation angle,irradiation uniformity,spectral characteristics and radiation stability etc indexes,the xenon lamp was chosen as the light source.The Lighttools software was used to establish simulation model of nested lamp arc.The simulation methods of xenon lamp body light source,luminous power distribution and spatial light intensity distribution were analyzed.At the same time,the ellipsoid condenser system,uniform light system and collimation system were designed to realize the simulation of solar irradiance and beam collimation angle for 0.1 S0(32′),0.3 S0(45′)and 1.0 S0(±1°).The defocusing analysis of xenon lamp andoptical integrator was carried out by using the simulation model of optical system,and the function relationship between defocus position and irradiation uniformity was established.The simulation results show that the designed optical system can achieve 142.5 W/m^2(32′),428.4 W/m^2(45′)and 1395.6 W/m^2(±1°)of the solar irradiance and beam collimation simulation,and irradiation uniformity is better than 95.7%.
