摘要
目的 探讨血糖波动对2型糖尿病视网膜微血管病变的影响及治疗措施.方法 选取2016年1月至2017年12月医院收治的2型糖尿病视网膜微血管病变患者90例,随机分成两组,每组45例.两组患者均检测血糖水平,对照组应用曲安奈德治疗,研究组应用康柏西普治疗,对比两组患者血糖指标的差异,观察两组患者治疗前后最佳矫正视力评分（BCVA）的变化以及患者的治疗效果.结果 对照组的平均血糖波动幅度（MAGE）、血糖波动最大幅度（LAGE）以及血糖标准差（SDBG）高于研究组（P＜0.05）.研究组有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗前两组患者BCVA评分比较差异未见统计学意义（ P＞0.05）,治疗后研究组BCVA评分高于对照组（ P＜0.05）;治疗后研究组生活质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 血糖波动与2型糖尿病视网膜微血管病变患者病情的发展有密切关系,应及时控制患者的血糖变化,采取有效治疗措施,促进患者视力恢复,提高其生活质量.
Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose fluctuation on retinal microangi-opathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus and therapeutic measures.Methods Ninety type 2 diabetic patients with retinal microangiopathy treated in hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in the control group were treated with triam-cinolone acetonide and the patients in the study group were treated with compactopril.The differences of blood glucose indexes between the two groups were compared.The best corrected visual acuity score （ BCVA ） before and after treatment and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The mean fluctuation amplitude of blood glucose （MAGE） , the maximum fluctuation of blood glucose（LAGE） and the standard deviation of blood glucose （SDBG） in the control group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the study group （P〈0.05）.The efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups be-fore the treatment （P〉0.05）, and the BCVA score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） after treatment （ P〈0.05）.The quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05）.Conclusions The fluctuation of blood glucose is closely correlated with the development of type 2 diabetic patients with retinal microangiopathy , the doctors should control the change of blood glucose in time and take effective treatment measures to promote vision recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
