摘要
目的应用中医传承辅助平台,系统分析2007年以来,针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的选穴规律,探求高效取穴,以期为临床治疗痛风提供参考。方法采用计算机检索和手动检索的方式,于中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、Pubmed中,检索2007年1月-2016年10月期间发表的相关文献,制定纳入排除标准,纳入文献后,使用中医传承辅助平台分析取穴规律。结果共纳入文献38篇,得出关联度最高的对穴为足三里—三阴交,置信度>0.9。结论通过使用中医传承辅助平台,对近十年来针灸治疗痛风的选穴规律进行了系统分析,对指导临床规范化治疗痛风具有一定意义。
Objective To systematically analyze the rules of selecting acupoints for treating gouty arthritis by clinical acupuncture and moxibustion since 2007, and to search for effective acupoints in order to provide reference of gout. Methods The related articles published in January 2007 to October 2016 were searched in Chinese Journal Full-text Database（CNKI）, Wanfang Database and Pubmed by computer and manual search methods, and included in the exclusion criteria, included in the literature after the using of traditional Chinese medicine support platform for analysis of acupoints rules. Results A total of 38 articles were included in the study. The highest correlation point was Zusanli-Sanyinjiao and the confidence level was 〉0.9. Conclusion Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform, the rule of selecting acupoints by acupuncture and moxibustion for gout in the past decade has been systematically analyzed and it is of great significance to guide the clinical treatment of gout.
