摘要
目的:观察肿意膏外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将单侧KOA患者分别随机均分到A、B、C组(A组口服塞来昔布,B组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖,C组局部外敷肿意膏),共治疗4周,分别于治疗前,治疗1周、2周、4周及治疗后2周行Lequesne指数及不良反应评价,于治疗结束后行疗效评价。结果:治疗1周,Lequesne指数C组得分低于A、B组,A组得分低于B组,A组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组与A、C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周、4周及治疗结束后2周,C组得分低于A、B组,B组得分低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应统计:A组不良反应率达30%,B、C组不良反应率均为5%;总有效率统计:治疗结束后总有效率C组高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组高于B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肿意膏外敷治疗KOA见效快,持续治疗效果好,不良反应少,能明显改善关节活动度,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of zhongyi paste applied externally on Knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods：KOA patients were randomly assigned to A,B,and C groups（group A treated with Celecoxib oral,group B treated with Glucosamine hydrochloride oral,group C treated with local application of zhongyi paste）,treatment lasted for 4 weeks,international osteoarthritis Lequesne index and adverse reaction evaluation were conducted at the treatment for 1,2,4 weeks and 2 weeks after the end of treatment respectively,curative effect evaluation was conducted at the end of the treatment.Results：Lequesne index results of treatment for 1 week showed that,score of group C was lower than that of group A and B,there was no significant difference between group A and group C（P〉 0.05）,however,B group and A,C group had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;Treatment for 2,4 weeks and 2 weeks after the end of treatment,the score of C group was lower than A,B group,B group was lower than A group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Adverse reaction rate showed that A group reached 30%,B and C group was 5%;Total effective rate showed that,at the end of the treatment,the total effective rate of C group was higher than that of A and B group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,A group was higher than that of B group,but it had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：External application of zhongyi paste can not only obtain good instant effect,but also has a long lasting effect and less rate of adverse reaction,it has obvious effects in improving the activity of joint,relieving pain and improving patients quality of life.1
