骨性关节炎的非手术治疗现状与研究进展 被引量:10

Present situation and the research progress of osteoarthritis non- surgical treatment

摘要 骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是老年人最常见的关节退行性改变性疾病,也是引起疼痛和残疾最常见的原因。虽然镇痛药和非甾体类抗炎药(non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDS)是现在临床上应对OA最为常用的药物,但鉴于其药理作用和众所周知的副作用,这两种药物并不是最佳的选择。研究有效的治疗药物,特别是能够减慢或阻断甚至是逆转OA病情发展的药物是临床上迫切需要的。本文总结了目前OA主要的非手术治疗方法和药物,以及近年来研究的热点问题。 Osteoarthritis is the most frequent degenerative joint disease in the elderly and the most common reason to cause pain and disability in patients. Treatments of osteoarthritis are based mainly on analgesic medication and non - steroid anti - in- flammatory drugs, but both of these medications are not optimal in view of pharmacological effects and well recognized potential side effects. Thus, it is the urgent need for new therapeutic options for patients with osteoarthritis, especially those drugs which contribute to control or reverse osteoarthritis progression. In this article, non - surgery therapeutic methods and active research tovies in recent veals are reviewed.
