摘要
目的:对7个β-受体激动剂(西马特罗、西布特罗、克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、特布他林、沙丁胺醇、氯丙那林)的电喷雾质谱裂解规律进行研究。方法:采用电喷雾正离子化-四极杆飞行时间质谱,碰撞气为高纯氮气,干燥气温度为350℃,干燥气流速10 L·min^(-1),毛细管出口电压为125 V,对7个不同类型β-受体激动剂进行质谱分析。结果:β-受体激动剂在正离子检测模式下易发生质子化,形成[M+H]^+的准分子离子,用高分辨质谱对准分子离子进行碰撞诱导解离,形成特征碎片离子,根据精确质量数对碎片离子进行确证,分析各类β-受体激动剂的裂解规律。结论:本文提出的电喷雾质谱裂解规律可为β-受体激动剂的筛查、确证提供参考。
Objective:To study the tandem MS fragmentation patterns of seven β-adrenergic agonists(cimaterol,cimbuterol,clenbuterol,ractopamine,terbutaline,salbutamol,clorprenaline).Methods:Electrospray ionization-quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry was used for the determination of seven β-adrenergic agonists in positive ion mode.The collision gas was N2;drying gas temperature was 350 ℃;the flow of drying gas was 10 L·min-1; fragmentor was 125 V.Results:The seven β-adrenergic agonists were easy to form protonated adducts [M+H]+.Collision induced dissociation of the parent ions was performed to get fragment ions with high resolution accurate mass determination,based on which fragmentation patterns of β-adrenergic agonists was analyzed.Conclusion:The fragmentation patterns analysis of seven β-adrenergic agonists provides an important reference for conformation and structural analysis of β-adrenergic agonists.
