摘要
建立并优化了水性涂料中6种全氟烷基化合物的检测方法。考察了毛细管电压、干燥气流速和雾化气压力三个离子源参数对质谱响应的影响,采用Optimizer优化软件优化了子离子、碎裂电压和碰撞能量等参数。样品用甲醇超声提取,在优化的提取时间下,提取液经离心分离、定容、过虑膜后,用液相色谱-串联质谱检测。实验结果表明:在0.37~2.68μg/L浓度范围内6种全氟烷基化合物的标准曲线线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.925~1.850 mg/kg。空白样品加标回收率在76.9%~103.1%之间,相对标准偏差为1.2%~4.6%。
An optimized method was established for the determination of 6 perfluorinated alkyl compounds in waterborne coatings. The influence of the parameters of capillary voltage, dry gas flow rate and nebulizer pressure on the mass spectral response was investigated. An optimizer optimization software was used to optimize the parameters such as product ion, fragmentation voltage and collision energy. The samples were ultrasonically extracted by methanol, and the extract solution was separated by centrifugal separation, constant volume and filtration after optimized extraction time. The samples were detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that the calibration curve of 6 kinds of perfluoroalkyl compounds in the range of 0.37 - 2.68 μg/L was linear, and the detection limit was 0.925 to 1.850 mg/kg. The recoveries of the 6 perfluorinated alkyl compounds were 76.9% to 103.1% and relative standard deviation was 1.2% to 4.6%.
