摘要
结合装配式建筑管理现状及存在问题,从进度管理、质量管理、费用控制、组织结构、信息管理和沟通管理六个方面,提出构建适合装配式建筑的EPC总承包模式,并在EPC模式中应用BIM技术,实现装配式建筑设计、生产、施工、运维的全过程信息化管理,从而达到提高沟通与管理效率的目的。
Concerning the present situation and existing problems of fabricated building management,this paper proposes to construct the EPC general contracting mode suitable for fabricated building from six aspects,including schedule management,quality management,cost control,organizational structure,information management and communication management.In addition,BIM technology is applied in the EPC mode to realize the information management of the whole process including design,production,construction,operation and maintenance of fabricated buildings,so as to improve the efficiency of communication and management.
