高校电气实验室四维一体的本质安全管理探讨 被引量:4

摘要 我国高校实验室的安全管理一直将预防事故和排除隐患作为在工作中主要手段。根据电气类实验室所发生的事故类型及特点,对此类实验室中存在的主要危险因素进行了分析,继而提出应用本质安全的原理来提高管理的思路。本质安全的实验室管理需要创新与实践,基于人员、设备、环境、管理四个环节为出发点和落脚点,探讨了电气类实验室如何构建安全"生态链"。运用管理学方法优化安全管控,最后提出了完善安全四维一体的管理体系及具体建议和措施。 Preventing accidents and eliminating hidden dangers have been the main satety manage- ment means in domestic university laboratories. In this paper, we have presented an idea of applying inherent safety principles to improve management based on the characters of accidents, and also have analyzed the major factors that exist in the electrical laboratory. It is significantly neeessary that safety management of electrical laboratory needs more innovation and practice. Based on personnel, equipment, environment and management four links as the starting point and the foothoht, we have dis- cussed how to construct safety ecological chain in electrical laboratory. At last, we optimize the safety management and control depend on utilizing the Management Science method scientifically, and put forward the specific suggestions and measures of four-dimensional safety management system.
