摘要
标准化的实验室是获得准确、可靠试验数据的基础保障,煤炭实验室作为煤炭质量指标的来源,在推动煤炭高效、清洁、低碳和综合利用方面发挥着巨大作用。针对当前煤炭检测实验室普遍存在的布局缺乏合理性、试验区域面积分配不足、设备数量与试验能力不匹配、缺少气体管路与通风管路等问题,从煤炭实验室布局与设计两个方面提出了标准化设计方案,分析了办公区域、制样区域、化验区域的主要功能与布局设计。对新建、扩建或改建煤炭检测实验室的标准化设计,具有重要的指导意义。
Standardized laboratories are the fundamental guarantee for obtaining accurate and reliable test data.As a source of coal quality indicators,coal laboratories play a huge role in promoting efficient,clean,low-carbon,and comprehensive utilization of coal.In response to the common problems of unreasonable layout,insufficient allocation of experimental area,mismatch between equipment quantity and testing capacity,and lack of gas and ventilation pipelines in current coal testing laboratories,a standardized design scheme is proposed from two aspects of coal laboratory layout and design.The main functions and layout design of office area,sampling area,and laboratory area are analyzed.The recommended area and quantity of instrument and equipment configuration for each laboratory area were proposed from four aspects:area,instrument and equipment configuration,gas pipeline design,and ventilation pipeline design.The importance of designing gas and ventilation pipelines was pointed out.The standardized design for the construction,expansion,or renovation of coal testing laboratories has important guiding significance.
