摘要
目的观察针灸结合肌内效贴布治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛患者的临床效果。方法本研究选择我院收治的60例慢性非特异性下腰痛患者,将其分为2组,对照组患者30例,观察组30例,对照组患者采用常规方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用针灸加肌内效贴布进行治疗,观察2组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、功能障碍调查表(Roland-Morris)评分和O swestry腰痛功能障碍指数(O DI)等指标。结果治疗4周后,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组R olandMorris评分低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗4、8周后O DI指数比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论针灸结合肌内效贴布治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛效果肯定,可有效改善患者的症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with intramuscular patch on chronic non-specific low back pain. Methods In this study, 60 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain treated in our hospital were divided into control group of 30 cases and observation group of 30 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with routine methods. Patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and intramuscular patch. The visual analog scales （VAS） , Roland-Morris and Oswestry＇s low back pain index （ODI） were observed in both groups. Results The VAS pain scores of the control group and the observation group were higher than those of the observation group after 4 weeks of treaunent. The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group P〈0.05. The Roland-Morris score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group P〈0.05; Compared with the control group, the ODI index after 4 and 8 weeks of treaunent was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with intramuscular patch has a positive effect on chronic non-specific low back pain, which can effectively improve the patient＇s symptoms and is worthy of clinical application.
