摘要
目的探讨中药熥敷、针刺结合肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法 40例肱骨外上髁炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各20例。对照组采用中药熥敷、针刺治疗,治疗组在中药熥敷、针刺基础上进行肌内效贴治疗。治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率100%高于对照组90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药熥敷、针刺结合肌内效贴治疗肱骨外上髁炎,能有效缓解疼痛,疗效明显。
Objective To investigate curative effect by traditional Chinese medicine hot compress, acupuncture combined with Kinesio in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods A total of 40 external humeral epicondylitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and acupuncture for treatment, and the treatment group received additional Kinesio for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as 100% than 90% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress, acupuncture combined with Kinesio in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis can effective relieve pain with precise effect.
